  18.       Last week I downloaded C-kermit for OS/2, the new release.  I was
  19.       wondering if it is okay to upload this new C-kermit to a local
  20.       bulletin board system, or is this something which Columbia
  21.       University forbids, or at least discourages.

  23.       A 2nd question concerns the local bulletin board system.  The
  24.       bulletin board software is Maximus version 2.02, operating under
  25.       OS/2.  The system does not at this time provide a Kermit,
  26.       external file transfer protocol.  Can this C-kermit, version 191,
  27.       be used in this way?  What must the operator of the BBS do to use
  28.       it in this way, if it is possible?
